Ocean Prairie is a line of women's wear specializing in high quality natural fibers. Owned by founder Emily Hurlin who lives in Iowa with her husband and two year old son. Ocean Prairie is inspired by the prairie fields surrounding her home which look like ocean waters when the wind blows just right in mid summer. All decisions within the company first reflect on the impact they will have on the founders grandchildren and their children. With strong values of sustainability and respect for Mother Earth, Ocean Prairie uses locally foraged natural dyes or Oeko Tex certified dyes. All fabrics are biodegradable and GOTS Certified organic. 

Ocean Prairie was launched with the mission of creating clothes which felt as comfortable as your pajamas with the elegance of elevated daily wear.
