Free Returns

We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item/s in original condition with original tags attached for a return within 14 days after date of delivery.  All item/s will undergo a detailed inspection once received.  If the returned item/s do not meet our outlined standards for return, the item/s will be returned to the customers original shipping address. Please note any garment that appears to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains, deodorant stains and/or garments that smell of perfume. Ocean Prairie reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if item/s do not meet requirements outlined.

• Name of Purchaser
• Reason for return
 
Once your return request has been authorized we will contact you via email and supply you with the free return label for you to print.
